Step 1. Open a PDF
Launch PDFelement on your computer then hit the 'Open Files' icon on the main window. You will be directed to the file directory window to browse the PDF file that you want to add a hyperlink. Select the PDF file and click 'Open' to upload it to PDFelement.
Step 2. Click the Edit button
Once the PDF file is uploaded, head to the Edit section on the toolbar. You should see the various Edit submenu below it. Ignore the rest and click the 'Link' drop-down arrow.
