Step 1. Import Your PDF into the Editor
After you have downloaded PDFelement Pro on to your Windows 10 computer, install it as well by following the simple instructions. Once done, launch the software and from the main interface, select "Open File" to add your PDF file you want to edit.
Step 2. Edit Texts, Images and Pages in PDF
Once the PDF file has opened, go to the "Edit" tab and click on the "Edit" button. Now, you can double click on anywhere in the PDF file and start editing it as you wish. In order to split a PDF file, go to "Page > Split" and then select the number of pages you want the file to be split into on the next screen. You can also specify the location to save the split PDF file.
Step 4. Highlight and Markup
Click on the "Comment" tab and you will see the various options such as Highlight, Strikethrough, Note, Stamp and Underline in the Annotations section. Whichever of these options you want to use, first select the option and then the text you want to edit.
Right next to the Annotations section is where you will find Drawing Markups. All that you have to do to use these Markup options is to select the one you need and simply drag the cursor across the PDF wherever needed.
Step 5. Convert to Word, Excel, PPT etc.
Find the options of "Convert" under the Home tab and click on it. You will see various file format options - "To Word", "To PowerPoint", "To Excel" and To Image and more. Select any one of these as needed and select the output properties before hitting "Convert".
