Step 1. Open PDF File
Run PDFelement on your device, then click the “Open files” button on the main interface to access the field explorer window. Select the PDF file that you want to unlock for editing and press the “Open” button. Alternatively, you can select the target PDF file and drag it onto the PDFelement window.
Step 2. Enter Permission Password
